Computerized  Engraving

At Biegert's Jewellery we use the Signature 8080 computerized engraving machine with a variety of fonts and logo designs for all your engraving needs.  Biegert's Jewellery can engrave on almost any surface ( glass, metal, wood, leather, plastic, etc...)  Biegert's can engrave almost anything you heart desires.

Binocular Microscope

We use binocular microscopes in the repair department to fix your damaged jewellery, but we also use them in the customer area to show you a close-up view of your jewellery.  This enables you the customer to be better informed about the identity of your jewellery and gemstones.  It also allows youo to understand the repairs your jewellery may need.

Two (2) Dimensional - CAD  (Computer Aided Design)

At Biegert's Jewellery we use Gemvisions Digital Goldsmith - 5 software to create a 2D design  from the customers dreams and wishes.  In this way we allow the  customer to see what their gems will look like in a new and different mounting or what their mounting looks like with different colored /size stones. We can then create a computerized realistic photo for the customer to see.
We can even email this to the customer for their approval.

Three Dimensional -CAD- (Computer Aided Design)

At Biegert's Jewellery we try to stay ahead  on others in the jewellery industry & three dimensional jewellery  designing is new to most of the industry.  We use Rhino, Matrix, MoI, and other softwares to create these designs for our customers.  Very few jewelers have tried to master these new softwares, but we have and it has opened a whole new world of exciting and new design techniques.  The accuracy and independence of 3D design allows Biegert's to design whatever you the customer can imagine.

After we have agreed on a design with the customer we can render a photo realistic image of the new design for them to see. This allows the customer to see the design before it is made.

Computerized Wax Carving Mill
(CAM - computer aided machine)

At T.L. Biegert Jewellers the computerized mills are used with 3D design software. Once you the customer approves the design, it is loaded into the mill where the manufacturing process begins,  In the past we would have spent hours and sometimes days carving you design by hand.  The new computerized  mills allow us to carve your design much faster and accurately.

Laser Welder

At T.L. Biegert Jewellery we offer Laser repair for your jewelry repairs.  Laser technology enables us to offer to perform repairs that previously would have been impossible.  The use of the laser welding machine makes repairs  possible without removing stones from jewellery.  We are also able to repair  cherished family Heirloms that other would not dare try and fix.
